Pavlos was first introduced to the world of sports as a combat sports competitive athlete and member of the Hellenic national team. His interests led him to study Physical Therapy at Queen Margaret University from where he graduated in 2016. Right after, he moved to London, UK and pursued his Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy at the University College London (UCL). As part of his MSc, he had the opportunity to work with the Shoulder and Elbow Department at the Royal National Orthopedic Hospital and conduct research. In 2018 he decided to move to the U.S. and got certified as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, reading books and socializing with family and friends.
