Biography

Greg is human, frosted tip extraordinaire, avid reader, above average badminton player, curious monkey, helpful hand, empathetic listener, thoughtful speaker, lover of pop tarts, and veracious learner. Greg was a lost puppy dog prior to being graced by the experiences as an intern at BSP NOVA where he learned new ideas and global concepts, was introduced to amazing people, and helped shape the person and trainer he is today.

Prior to this, Greg was a collegiate soccer player with a terrible hip that needed surgery. This helped fuel the fire to help others move better because well, it sucks not to be able to do what you love. He attended Ithaca College, Springfield College, and finished his undergraduate at Westfield University with degree in Movement Science and a concentration in Exercise Science. While attending school he also worked as a personal trainer at Healthtrax empowering his clients to learn, live their lives pain free, and helping them get the results they came to him for, all while enjoying life! These were interesting times, filled with twists and turns that helped lay the foundation for the person he is today. Things came to fruition when he was accepted as an intern at BSP NOVA and has since taken his passions for helping others through the lens of physical activity to a whole new level. He is currently shadowing and learning from professionals smarter than himself at Beyond Wellness (Dr. Nathan Crain) and will continue to push the boundaries to take what he learned and give that to our clients.

He can be found reading by the pool, eating samples at Costco, mountain biking, knocking a soccer ball around, or rock climbing.
