Our personal training is for those that want a more, well, personal fitness experience. New to the training process? Returning from injury? Or maybe you just feel the need for more coaching accountability. No matter your reason, we get it, and we’re here to help.
Our personal training program differs from our semi-private training in that your coach is 100% dedicated to you for one hour. No distractions, no interruptions. The focus is on you.
The party gets started with a 1-on-1 assessment and goal setting session, including the Functional Movement Screen—the baseline movement test that helps us select the right exercises for you when we write your customized training program. We’ll also explore if we need to do any additional testing, to make sure we completely understand your body’s needs. Chris spends the time to get know you, your motivations, and your goals so that we can completely customize your training. This includes pairing you with the right personal coach that meshes with you, and letting you two get to know each other prior to working together.
Next, you decide the amount of training that works for you and we write customized programming to fit your needs, goals, and schedule. Each time you come in to train your coach will be waiting for you, with your program in hand, and all of your exercise stations ready to go. You’ll get the best hour of personal training Northern Virginia has to offer.
Personal Training Prices:
12 sessions: $1,800 ($150/session*)
- 8 sessions: $1,280 ($160/session*)
- 4 sessions: $720 ($180/session*)
$200 (Only offered in special circumstances)
