Coach Jon is a phenomenal human being with a heart the size of Texas. If you’re having a bad day, I challenge you to last thirty seconds in Jon’s presence without cracking a smile.
Jon started off as a member of Beyond Strength Performance NOVA, LLC, looking for an edge in his professional Mixed Martial Arts career. He went on to basically never leave, falling in love with the process of personal trans
formation, and eventually becoming a coach himself. His experiences have led him to be incredibly passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves.
Jon is currently enrolled in massage school and is expected to graduate this Fall.
Outside of his regular coaching duties at Beyond Strength Performance NOVA, Jon is our CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer). He plans monthly events for our members, making sure there’s always something exciting on the horizon!
In his free time, Jon clearly enjoys training in martial arts. But, Jon also has a pup, named Burt Reynolds, with whom he enjoys hiking and swimming.
