The next round of Lean Launch transformation begins with a kick-off seminar on Sunday, August 14th from 1-3pm, and classes will run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings 7:00am-8:00am, August 16th – September 24th!  PLUS, there will be a graduation celebration, in the evening, on Saturday, September 24th (time and location TBA)!

• 3 Small-Group Training Sessions per Week at BSP NOVA (a $450 value)
• 4 Home Workouts per Week (a $225 value) – Using your MyZone heart rate monitor, and app, we’ll provide you with simple home-based conditioning workouts to accelerate your fat loss goals.  And no, you won’t need any special equipment!

Frequently asked questions:

1. Is this program for men or women?  Yes.  This program is open to both men and women…
2. This is a program for 20-something-year-olds, right?  Wrong.  Our members range in age from early-twenties to mid-seventies!  Trust me, you’re not “too old” for this program.
3. Do I need to have experience with weights for this program?  Nope!  We’re going to teach you everything you’ll need to know.
4. Will you be opening more times? At some point, yes.  But that won’t happen until we:
   • have enough demand for a specific time- seriously, if you have a group that wants another time, let us know and we’ll see if it fits the schedule!
   • move into a bigger facility- and we are actively working on that now 🙂
5. What happens at the end of the 6 weeks?  We’ll help you to integrate these new habits into your daily life.  So, you’ll likely be good to go!  BUT, everyone could use a strong, ongoing support system.  So, there will opportunities to jump into our semi-private training or be a part of the next Lean Launch group.  We’re more than happy to help steer you in the best direction for YOU.
