Kevin Ives brings some awesome athletic experience to the members of Beyond Strength Performance NOVA, LLC!
Kevin is a recent graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management. Prior to his time at Grand Canyon University, Kevin attended Towson University, where he was a member of the varsity football team for three seasons before he decided to try his hand in bobsledding.
Kevin has spent the last three winters competing for the USA Bobsled Team, with whom he has won 13 medals while competing in North America and Europe. Kevin has competed at some of the highest levels of the sport, including the Junior World Championships for Bobsled in January of 2014. He is currently an Olympic hopeful for the 2018 winter Olympics in South Korea.
Kevin’s broad athletic experience, which also includes years of soccer, has allowed him to gain first-hand experience in sports training, including Olympic weightlifting. Kevin is currently studying to obtain his CSCS certification and always expanding his education in strength and conditioning.
