The kettlebell is a great tool for developing a strong and lean body, but it’s super important to learn to use them with solid technique.  Otherwise you can end up burning through your insurance deductibles with trips to the physical therapist. Yikes!


At our kettlebell classes you’ll learn to use kettlebells with great form, while training to make your body stronger and leaner, all while having a great time.

During this 6-week class you’ll learn:


  • The Get-up

get up

  • The Swing


  • The Clean


  • The Press



Each class begins with a great warm-up and then goes into a period of detailed teaching in which you’ll learn the ins and outs of one of the movements above.   After the teaching period, you’ll train using the movement, along with other great strength-building and metabolic movements. Not only will you learn great kettlebell skills, but you’ll improve your strength, fitness and mobility.


After the four movements are taught, we’ll spend an additional 4 weeks refining and training with our newfound kettlebell skills.


Class size will never exceed 8 people, so you can be sure that you’ll get the individual attention you need to improve your kettlebell skill and stay safe while training.

Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-7pm.
