I have seen a vast improvement in my overall strength and endurance. I’ve achieved many personal records in strength training and have accomplished workouts I didn’t think I could ever do. Now I can actually do 4 chin ups and soon I’ll work my way up to 10! This is something that I have physically never been able to do in my life! Other notable accomplishments for me include surpassing the black level standards for MEN in pushups, clocking 32 during testing, and for women in both the 2,000m and 500m row.
