Our Proven Process
STEP 1: SIGN UP FOR YOUR 21-DAY KICKSTART
Our 21-Day Kickstart is your opportunity to test drive BSP NOVA’s group training classes, Kettlebell Strength and Metabolic Conditioning. Simply submit the form found at the bottom of this page, and we’ll reach out to get this party started.
STEP 2: PERSONAL ORIENTATION SESSION
You’ll tour the facility, go through a quick assessment (helping us to put you in the best positions to be successful in your training), and learn the basic skills you’ll need to successfully jump into your Kettlebell Strength and Metabolic Conditioning 21-Day Kickstart.
STEP 3: SCHEDULE YOUR SESSIONS ONLINE
Mornings? Mid-day? Evenings? Yup, we’ve got you covered. You’ll have 13 sessions to pick from, every week- 6 Kettlebell Strength, 7 Metabolic Conditioning. And the best part? You’re not tied to one time slot.
STEP 4: TRAIN WITH NOVA'S BEST FITNESS COACHES
You’ll be guided through classes, and the entire training experience, by our unconditionally positive coaching staff. Even in the group setting, you’ll experience individualized coaching. Our coaches take the time to get to know you, to learn about how you like to be coached, and to make sure you have the best experience possible- every time you train with us.
STEP 5: GROUP TRAINING, INDIVIDUALIZED
Unlike most group training programs, we take the time to individualize exercise selection, keeping you safe and effective in the pursuit of your goals. Have solid competency with kettlebells? You’ll have options to swing, clean, snatch, etc… Just starting out? We’ll teach solid foundations and safely build to the more advanced options in the program.
STEP 6: MONTHLY EVOLUTION
While many fitness programs seem random in their approach (and probably are), we train with mastery in mind. Each month brings a new program, with each day, Monday – Saturday, presenting different workouts, repeated weekly. This approach removes the mystery, allowing you to set and exceed monthly goals.

I've never used kettlebells before, will I be okay?
In short, YES! We just won’t have any bad habits to break… 😉 We’ll teach you everything you need to be successful and crush your goals.
When are your classes, and how long do they last?
Kettlebell Strength takes place on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 6 am and 6 pm. Metabolic Conditioning is held on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6 am, 12 pm, and 6 pm, as well as Saturdays at 9 am. Both classes run about 45 minutes.
How many openings do you have for each class?
We limit our classes to 9 attendees. The smaller class size allows our coaches to deliver a high-quality training experience, every session.
